The Labor saver allows one person to hang, gauge, hold and nail lap siding. It automatically gauges the overlap of siding, eliminating measuring and marking. The tool keeps siding from slipping during initial nailing. The Labor Saver is stronger and more durable than so-called adjustable siding gauges. No moving parts or screws to lose. It will accurately gauges material to a 1-1/4 lap, and will not go out of adjustment, thereby preventing costly errors during siding installation. With its one-piece stainless steel construction, The Labor Saver will not bend or rust like other gauges. Great for all types of siding installation including Fiber cement, Hardie Board and all types of wood.
