The time saved in setting-up and taking-down, the ease of operation, and the convenience of transporting a system designed for portability means more time spent doing the job. The Pump Jack System also includes new aluminum poles with metal reinforced rubber facing, which offer more rigidity and superior strength over wood poles. The poles are easily joined together in sections with the Pole Connector to attain custom heights, allowing total versatility on the job site. Poles can be fitted with two types of bases to accommodate any ground conditions. The non-skid base works well for flat and hard surfaces while the spiked anchors offer security on soft or uneven surfaces. The poles are equipped with an industrial grade rubber facing that ensures traction as the jacks move up and down.
The Pump Jack System can be outfitted with a versatile workbench which can be installed as needed at any time during the job without removing the Jack from the pole or requiring to be disassembled. The workbench fastens right onto the poles and can be a real time saver by providing a spacious work area that allows you take all the tools and supplies up the scaffolding with you. The workbench also insures safety by providing a secure out of the way place for your tools and materials preventing them from becoming a fall hazard to workers below.
The wall braces feature a full swivel head to conform to all possible roof pitches. These provide rigid, triangular bracing as required by OSHA. The positive spring loaded cam lock on the Pump Jack pump mechanism provides durability, smooth operation, and means that there is no clutch to wear out. The Jack pump mechanism has a greater climbing rate per stroke than other available pump jacks, which allows for fast and efficient raising of the work platform, requiring less strokes and effort, resulting in less operator fatigue. The foot levers that activate the lowering mechanism and hand crank handles that operate the lowering gear are padded for extra comfort. The boot straps on the foot levers are big enough to accommodate large work boots.
Per OSHA; Scaffold components can be interchanged so long as they do not require undue force while connecting or attaching them together.
This system is completely interchangeable with most all Aluminum Pump Jack Systems in the market today!

Tips From the Pro's:
- Its always a good idea to make your poles as rigid as possible. Think of the poles like a soda can; You can set an empty soda can upright on the ground and if you stand on it, it will hold your weight, but as soon as the sides of the can bow or flex, it will crush. Buying a second pair of braces to support the poles around 12' up takes all the flex out of the system and adds a much greater element of reliability and safety.
- If you need to go higher than 24', think about this solution; Purchase 2 12' poles and 2 pole connectors which allows you to reach 36'. Here's the trick, pick up another pump jack and workbench arm as well. What this does is allows you to connect your 12' poles together when you don't need the 36' high, and instead you can now run a total of 3 24' poles spanning a length of up to 48' by overlapping the two planks on the middle pole!
- You can never have too many braces on your poles!
